The first edition of Boudoir Tarot: Love and War, is a meditation on the terrifying power of love. This reading evokes both the life affirming and destroying qualities of this phenomenon, while emphasizing the importance of love as a guiding force for those who seek knowledge of personal truth. This reading suggests that solace can be found in the patron saints of the left hand path, who teach us to skillfully indulge our passions in spite of those who seek to suppress them.

Boudoir Tarot is a series of collective tarot readings that have been translated into pieces of talismanic writing. With the intent of infusing a sensual materiality to the experience of receiving a tarot reading, I hope to demonstrate a slower and more contemplative mode of interaction with the cards.
